Return & Exchange Policy

At Royal Expressions, we understand that customer satisfaction is paramount. Our return policy is designed to provide you with peace of mind, allowing you to exchange or return products in case of any dissatisfaction. We aim to build trust and confidence, ensuring that you can shop with assurance.

 

 

Clothing:

Customers are given 14 days to return clothing items and shoes for any reason. In order for a return to be processed, all items must be in the original packaging, along with the item(s) tag intact. If any item has been worn or damaged, the item will be disposed and a refund will not be processed.
 

 

 Jewelry:

If for any reason you decide to return your jewelry, there is a 7 day grace period from the day your item(s) are delivered. You may request a refund during this time frame. Requesting a refund after this time period, the refund request will be void. Any item(s) that are returned must be in original packaging with original tags. Otherwise, the item(s) will be disposed of and no refund will be processed. 

 

 

MISC:

For all items purchased through Royal Expressions and here on Royal Expressions' official website; the customer is given a maximum of 14 days to return item(s) in original packaging, with original tags, unworn and with no damages. Any item(s) that Is returned to us and it is; damaged, worn, outside of its original packaging and/or tag has been removed, such item(s) will be disposed and no refund will be processed. If any item(s) are returned outside of the grace period, item(s) will be disposed of and no refund will be processed.
